Mom Survives Our Worst Nightmare: C-section Without Anesthesia Allegedly Against Her Will

A California mom alleges that in late 2017, she was forced to endure a C-section without any anesthesia, according to a lawsuit filed last month.

The suit says that on November 15, Delfina Mota, then 41 weeks , went to Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, CA, to induce reports.
