LANE HOGGING AND SAFETY GEAR

Concerning lane hogging, I agree completely with DJ. Like him, I undertake offending vehicles where safely possible but, in my opinion, the definitive solution would be for the UK to adopt the system used in the USA, where undertaking is legal. In my experience, their multi-lane highways tend to flow much more freely than ours.

As far as wearing safety kit is concerned, there are good arguments to support both sides of the discussion but I believe that the most important thing is that riders remain free to decide what they will wear, without any
