Serves: 3–4
450g chicken thighs, boneless & skin on
Pinch salt
4 tbsp mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
1 tbsp sugar
Teriyaki Sauce
2 tbsp Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
White sesame seeds, to garnish
Steamed rice, to serve
Lightly season both sides of chicken thighs with salt.
