Pan Handle!
Back in the autumn of 1999 I bought a 1992 Honda ST1100 Pan European to rebuild and ride as a winter hack to save my Kawasaki H1F 850 and S1B 415 five-cylinder bikes from the mess and salt of winter riding.
The Pan, as I call it, was seven years old, a fire damaged write-off, and had covered just 9000 miles from new. The previous owner had collected all the parts to rebuild it and said it was all there, but loosely assembled.
