MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR HERBS!

Herbs are a fantastic and varied resource to access both in our gardens and sometimes by foraging. Many herbs and plants can have several uses that make them so vital as part of the garden. Most gardens have a few herbs for cooking such as basil and chives but if you want to explore expanding your herb collection you can create an amazing herb garden or herb spiral that has useful plants in it.

You can even divide the herb garden by how you will be using the herbs. For example for cooking, mainly for medicinal or mainly for household cleaning or perfumes. Lots of herbs, of course, double up for eating and using for other things - I tend to have my herbs based in one area of the garden but depending on if they are shade or sun loving they have designated areas.
