Picture this: You go to a restaurant and spot something on the menu called “Delicious Dish.” The description says simply that this dish is wonderful, suggests you eat it every day and lists the ingredients, all 42 of them, in size-two font and a language you don’t understand. Do you order it? I’m guessing not – yet many of us are buying into a similarly mysterious deal with our skincare.
