Our memory can let us down at the most inconvenient of times (as you’ll know if you’ve ever forgotten someone’s name, or misplaced your car keys when you’re in a rush). However, the pressures of modern life mean our minds are more at risk than ever. “Many of us consume too much sugar and refined carbohydrates, and neglect the consumption of essential fats,” says Clare Daley, nutritional therapist at Cytoplan.
