LAST THOUGHTS ON WINE ETIQUETTE

IT has been fascinating to reflect on the topics I’ve written for Winestate over the last 20 years or so. My first thoughts were to write several small pieces on a variety of topics such as the founding winegrowers in 19th century Australia and vine nomenclature. But I decided to write on one topic only - the campaign around 1970 to drink more Aussie wine.
