I am writing this from a remote camp deep in the African bush. This morning I watched a young leopard who had her recent kill safely wedged in a tree above, but was worried about the large hyena laying just under the tree. If the young leopard went up to feed, she may knock her hard won meal down, right into the patient jaws of the hyena. Stress. What do you do?
We all have stresses in our lives, horses, humans, and leopards too. Sometimes stress is good. It can motivate us to get things done. I’m stressed about getting this piece done by deadline. Other times, it quietly eats away at both mind and body.
