ANITA BEAN

Having worked in the NHS and Dairy Council, registered nutritionist Anita set up her Surrey consultancy in 1990, specialising in sport and exercise nutrition. Her vast and varied client list has included the British Olympic Association, Swim England, Olympic athletes and celebrities. A lifelong vegetarian and former bodybuilding champion, Anita now keep fits with yoga, strength and conditioning workouts, running, cycling and swimming. Her latest book, Vegetarian Meals in 30 Minutes (Bloomsbury Sport, £16.99), is published on December 26.
