SERVES 10
• 140g butter
• 150g xylitol
• 3 jumbo eggs
• 130g almond meal
• 40g coconut flour
• 1 tbsp psyllium-husk powder
• 50g cocoa powder
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• 1 cup double-cream yoghurt
• 30g grated 85% dark chocolate, to garnish
FOR THE CHOCOLATE ICING
• 220g erythritol icing dust• 50g cocoa powder• 200g butter, at room temperature
