HIGH SCHOOL TRANSITION How to cope and survive

The move to high school is a huge step – for kids and their families. But while stepping away from the familiar world of primary education into the scary world of adolescence is daunting, prepping for the transition can make things easier.

It’s really hard to make*, Dr Justin Coulson. “There’s just so much relational upheaval when our children go to high school and it’s a really big deal – they’re nervous about meeting new friends and new teachers, the school is generally so much bigger, so all of this is just massive for them.”
