To modify body/sleeve length, change the number of stitches. To modify bust size or sleeve width,— Beginning chain 2 counts as a stitch on right-side (RS) rows but not on wrong-side (WS) rows unless otherwise stated. Therefore, right-side rows will have 1 stitch more and wrong side rows will have 1 stitch fewer.
