After freeing a young Bedouin girl from a Jerusalem prison, Miss Phryne Fisher (Essie Davis) sets out to unravel a wartime mystery concerning a priceless jewel, an ancient curse and the truth behind the suspicious disappearance of Shirin’s forgotten tribe.

    WHAT’S HOT: It’s been waaaay too long since we’ve had a serving of Miss Fisher’s sass – five years to be exact. Also, those costumes are amazeballs!

    WHAT’S NOT: We’re used to watching Phryne for free, so we’re not exactly sure we want to spend money on an exxy cinema ticket for what is essentially an extended TV episode...
