Conservation in action

The World Pheasant Association (WPA) is a charity started by shooting enthusiasts that is punching well above its weight. Over the past 44 years it has worked tirelessly to conserve the world’s galliformes. These are what are now more commonly as game birds – heavy-bodied, ground-feeding birds – and include pheasants, peacocks, partridge and grouse.
