Winter is an excellent time to reflect back on all the running that we have done over the autumn months, which are always a busy time for trail running events. My running and yoga adventures mean that I regularly get to connect with people who have been out there challenging themselves by doing things like running ultramarathons, climbing mountains, completing great walks and adventure racing, just to name a few.
