Sometimes you might want to venture west… as exotic and far west as Malibu, California. In my ongoing quest to experience meditation, health and wellness, my travels have taken me mostly to the East: Bali, Japan, India, Indonesia, China and Mongolia. But, let’s be honest, another day of sun in California is already a good start to almost anything.
