Why do you believe a plant-based approach to food is important?
Whether we’re vegetarian, vegan or omnivorous, like I am, there’s no doubt that eating more vegetables would do all of us good. Veggies are the one food source you can’t eat too much of because they’re so unreservedly good for us! And, of course, by default, when you eat more of one thing it leaves less room for eating other, not as good for you things.
When many of us have been raised with the Kiwi ‘meat and three veg’ mentality, how can we change that mindset and make plant-based eating part of our lifestyle?
