Andrea Micheli one of SW’s managers and partners is going to tell us about the changeover from Willy Persico to the new governance. The other partners are Marco Alberti who’s been in SW since 1994, and Director General for fifteen years, Alberto Del Cinque and Giampaolo Spera. With fundamental backing from three new investors, Andrea Micheli will take the helm. We managed to reach him while travelling to Newport and here’s his account of things to come.
