Rosemary, Almond & Pecan Mix
PREP + COOK TIME 30 MINUTES + COOLING MAKES 5 CUPS
Preheat oven to 170°C and line two oven trays with baking paper. Sift 1½ cups . Place 360g and 270g in a colander. Rinse under cold water. Tip wet nuts onto oven trays, then sift icing sugar, 1 teaspoon and ½ teaspoon ground . Toss well. Tip onto trays. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway, until browned.
