STEAMED GAI LAN IN OYSTER SAUCE

Boil, steam or microwave 1kg gai lan, halved, until tender; drain. Heat 1 tablespoon peanut oil in a wok; stir-fry gai lan, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon light soy sauce for 2 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
