    Simon Kardachi is a restaurateur and entrepreneur. He is responsible for eleven of Adelaide’s top restaurants and bars, including Osteria Oggi, Shobosho, Press Food & Wine, Proof, Maybe Mae and The Pot by Emma McCaskill. Four restaurants were (2018) and Osteria Oggi was named in CNN’s Top 10 Best New Restaurants in the World list. Simon has a passion not just for the food, but also for the design, functionality, overall package and customer-centricity of his venues.
