CHEF MONA EL SABBAHY

Chef Mona El Sabbahy is a rising star in the Egyptian epicurean environment. Having graduated from that country’s Cairo-based Culinary Training Center in 2014, she has a specialist butchery qualification and has recently returned to Egypt from an internship at Sweden’s three-Michelin-star Frantzén restaurant. She currently works at Fins Restaurant and Smokery in Cairo.
