“I’d had two wooden fans from a wedding sitting in my stash for years. I’d always planned to incorporate them on to a layout, but just never found the opportunity. I decided to pull the fans apart and cut them up so I could shape them in to a circle. The wood fans give the layout the natural feel that I was aiming for. This photo of my husband and I in the Philippines really suited the natural look created by the fan and was highlighted by the flowers and leaves. I also incorporated the wooden thong key ring that I purchased in the Philippines. I
