Last month, I had the privilege of attending the Kiwibank New Zealander of the Year Awards where I was inspired by how the winners’ ideas have blossomed into initiatives helping so many Kiwis.

It got me thinking about our industry, an industry built on idea generation, and the potential of what it could achieve.
