A new mindset

You would think that the best remedy for the fatigue and stress experienced by two out of three American workers would be better working conditions. But researchers at UCLA’s School of Management have a different solution: a new mindset. Work on a holiday mindset and weekday cares will melt away.

Wish away work-related stress with a miracle cure: a dose of mindfulness and sunny pretence on weekends. Be mindful while folding the laundry and cooking a new dish for dinner! Be silly and dance!
