The fall of Weinstein heralds a new era

of Hollywood heavyweight and sexual predator Harvey Weinstein, the world has changed, survivors say. Victims was sent to prison for 23 years. Reports of Weinstein’s sexual misconduct have circulated for decades but it wasn’t until several accusers went public in 2017 that charges were laid. Salma Hayek, who worked for Weinstein on the film , said she is happy people now know there are consequences. “A lot of people thought that they could get away with anything and I think now that is going to change.”
