Light, fresh and ever so moreish – it’s best to make plenty of these little bites to avoid disappointment.
You will need
✽ 250g frozen petits pois, defrosted ✽ Juice ½ lemon ✽ 1 garlic clove, crushed ✽ Few leaves fresh mint, torn ✽ 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus extra to drizzle ✽ Baguette, sliced thinly into 12 slices ✽ 36 small peeled prawns ✽ handful fresh pea shoots
