Great Walks

WHAT’S IN MY PACK?

RENOWNED as a true wilderness walk, the 65km Overland Track will take me north to south from Cradle Mountain to Lake St Clair through the rugged Tasmanian highlands. I’m carrying all my own gear and food, and sleeping in a tent, so I’m packing reliable, compact, lightweight and waterproof items. The weather can change quickly and dramatically in this remote alpine area, and there are no phone reception or charging facilities. Whenever possible, I’m supporting outdoor brands that are trying to minimise their footprint and produce products more sustainably.
