EXERCISE SNACKING

THE school run, your job, shopping, supper to make and the kids’ homework to check – is it any wonder you didn’t manage to fit in a gym session or go for a run? Sometimes even the thought of trying to squeeze in an hour-long workout can feel overwhelming.

If you’re familiar with this feeling, it’s time to change the way you think about exercise. Time, motivation and energy are all things that at some point will be in short supply. Rather than waiting until you can do a 60-minute fitness session, get in on the trend of “exercise snacking”.
