great friend has the barbecue thing licked. Every spring there comes a point when the Aga is switched off and the Weber wheeled out. At this moment the cooking duties shift from ‘Aga woman’ to ‘BBQ man’. It is a perfect wheeze for division of labour and one I’d follow in a flash if our barbecue wasn’t rusting resentfully in an outbuilding.
