THREE-BEAN CURRY
This three-bean curry recipe is simple, wholesome and delicious. You can easily prepare it any day of the week as a dinner treat. This recipe uses canned beans to save time.

30ml (2T) oil
1 medium onion, chopped
10ml (2t) chopped garlic
10ml (2t) minced ginger
salt and pepper
5ml (1t) ground cumin
5ml (1t) ground coriander
1 can (410g) chopped tomatoes
10g tomato paste
5ml (1t) smoked paprika
5ml (1t) turmeric
200ml coconut cream
