Elaine Lau and her husband-cum-associate Fong Min Hun of the standalone Lit Books often exchange ideas with fellow bookstore owner Nazir Harith Fadzilah, the founder of Tintabudi, ever since they delved into the niche business of independent bookshops and publications, which is relatively small in Malaysia. In fact, many of them have crossed paths, and collaborations are aplenty. Take for instance Obscura Publishing’s Malay poetry compilation which has been translated into English entitled by Tintabudi’s publishing
