‘I’M A TOTAL YOGA CONVERT’

Sarah Leipciger, 44, from East London, started yoga to ease her lockdown anxiety.

‘In the first two weeks of lockdown, I felt desperate. I’ve always been sensitive to anxiety and it was through the roof. I’ve been an open-water swimmer for about 13 years, usually swimming two or three times a week. When I couldn’t do that, I needed another outlet.
