    An organisation for people changing the world with their work; it sounded amazing. Every night on the mountain I heard more and more stories about this incredible American collective that supported transformational leaders. As our group climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, something deep inside told me that this was for me.

    In the corporate world, I’d been good at creating networking organisations, and a spiritual awakening at 28 had helped me shift my long-term depression – my new passion was personal growth and being of service.
