An energy house healed my IBS

Churning. When I’m asked to describe Irritable Bowel Syndrome or IBS, that’s the word. It feels like someone is ringing out my intestines; twisting my insides into a knot. I’d been out for a swim with my family and we had seafood for lunch. Then, the abdominal painstarted and I woke to the same dull ache every day for two months. We blamed the food, or was it bacteria in the pool?

I noticed the churning would intensify during periods of work stress. I’d think I was better, I’d eat, then I’d be bed bound, clutching my stomach until 2am.
