GOVERNMENT CAN’T DODGE THE COURTS

Yesterday marked 100 days since South Africa entered the Covid-19 coronavirus national lockdown on March 26. During this time, the DA has launched several court challenges to the irrational and damaging lockdown regulations as well as the constitutionality of the Disaster Management Act.
