TRAIN LIKE A BOXER

Former professional boxing champion Chris Evangelou, 34 from Enfield, is now a Level 2&3 qualified Personal Trainer, with over five years of experience in the industry.

Working from Energie Fitness in Palmers Green, as well as having a host of online clients, Chris was a standout amateur boxing champion, winning 35 from 40 bouts, collecting six International gold medals and was crowned National ABA Champion back in 2006.

Spending hours every day in the boxing gym is what led to his current profession as a PT, which he balances alongside a flourishing acting career. This has seen him play the role of grime-loving rogue ‘Primetime’ in Guy Ritchie’s film, ‘The Gentleman’.
