Smashed chickpea & sunflower seed salad
Whether you serve this crunchy, tangy salad warm or cold depends on the weather. If it’s a warm day, serve it cold, or try it warm alongside curry and rice on cooler days.

2 x 400g cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 red onions, thinly sliced
