GROWING UP IN SOUTH CAROLINA, Kelly Fields gained an appreciation of Southern baking at a young age. After two decades of mastering her craft, Kelly opened restaurant and bakery Willa Jean in New Orleans in 2015. Now, she is sharing more than 100 Southern baking recipes in her first cookbook, The Good Book of (Lorena Jones Books, 2020), coauthored by Kate Heddings.
