Melty Brie with Flambéed Fruit and Nuts
INGREDIENTS:
One serving good for 4-6
1 whole Castello Brie
¼ cup sliced dried fruit (figs, apricots, prunes etc)
⅛ cup brandy, cognac or armagnac
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp toasted nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts)
fresh thyme sprig for garnish (optional)
crackers for serving
