QI took up running two months ago and have really got into it, but since starting, I’ve noticed I’ve become very hungry. Will this go away or will I always want more food?
Prolonged, intense exercise such as endurance running can make people more hungry, and sometimes this may translate into weight gain if you ‘reward’ yourself with too much cake! This hunger feeling
