Cable Sleeving Part 3: Y Cables

IN THE LAST TWO ISSUES we have been showing you the tools of the sleeving trade, and how you can sleeve your own custom power-supply cables. And with this new-found knowledge you should be able to create a set of cables or extensions, as long as they don’t have any “Y” cables involved in them at all. Y cables are most commonly found on the 24-pin ATX motherboard power cable, and can be a little bit trickier, but once you know how to do them, you can have that perfectly sleeved PSU that you absolutely deserve.
