The ultimate beef burger

PREP & COOK TIME 30 MINS SERVES 4

30g butter
2 onions, finely chopped
500g beef chuck steak, coarsely chopped (see tips)
1 egg, lightly beaten
2/3 cup (50g) fresh breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 slices (75g) cheddar
4 brioche burger buns, split
4 small lettuce leaves
1/3 cup (90g) tomato relish or chilli jam
75g dill pickles, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
