NO MORE waste!

‘No peel’ carrot cake

MAKES 1 CAKE

You will need:

Clean hands
Chopping board + knife Round cake tin – 23cm, lined/greasedZester/grater
Large mixing bowl
Medium mixing bowl
Wooden spoon/spatula
Wire cake rack
Clean tea towel

1 Preheat oven to 180°C.

2 Combine the dry mix ingredients in the larger mixing bowl.

3 Combine the wet mix ingredients in the medium bowl.

4 Stir the wet mix ingredients into the dry mix ingredients. Pour the cake batter into your prepared tin.

Pop into the oven and bake for 55 minutes. Remove from the oven and place tin on a wire cake rack with a clean tea towel over (to keep it moist).
