Third time listening to this. Very helpful in calming the mind and a reminder of that life is not so bad (at most times) when you live it simply. Thanks Leo!

Overall a common-sense antidote to capitalist thinking disguised as a happiness manual, with hardly any actionable steps towards effortless living other than “need less,” “that costly thing you do that makes you happy? Don’t do it, find a cheaper thing to make you happy, instead!” Not what I thought it would be.
