It’s honestly not what I thought it was going to be. I thought it was going to be what to do when you can’t seem to forgive someone even though they’ve apologized, or something like that.

Instead, it was about how to apologize effectively, and how to move forward after the apology and forgiveness. It was very helpful! It helped me understand that my spouse may have been sincere in their apology to me over a grave violation, even though it didn’t seem like they were to me. In reality, they were most likely were not speaking my “apology language”.
