About this audiobook
Using the same characters as those found in Miller#8217;s other bestseller, The Secret and one new character, a retired Special Forces Commander, this work aims to help team leaders and team members create high-performing teams. The core message is that Talent, Skills, and Community are all essential to team success, and that team leaders and leaders supervising or training team leaders, need to develop all three in order to create such teams. #160;#160;This work presents a radical message in the team literature and in the practice of most organizations. Most team books focus on such things as getting clear about team purpose and team member roles, not the importance of creating a sense of community in a team. Miller offers concrete suggestions for building teams where people know each other deeply, server each other willingly, and genuinely care for each other. The reader learns of the value true affection and compassion bring to a team and how crucial that bond is to any team#8217;s success.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great book! A good team is highly connected and associated with good leadership. A leader must do the right things, rather than doing things right. A team to be considered a high performance one; the team members must have space to breathe, suggest ideas, make mistakes and learn from them. Talent, skill and community are required, though can be build and strengthen if you let time do its magic. Nobody was born perfect!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Information was clearly presented, I liled the structure, it was very easy to follow.
The format of the book - as a challenge that became a team project which was developed, completed, presented and implemented into the organization - is what makes this book different (catchy) and also helps with really understading all concepts.
Great book for leaders and HR/ Talent management people.
