About this audiobook

James and Elle Eversman are a young couple traveling through the Mojave desert on their way to a new life. When their car mysteriously breaks down, they are stranded in the middle of nowhere without much water and no cell phone reception.

A mile away, a deadly sniper has them in his crosshairs. They are pinned down behind their broken-down car, surrounded by open ground in all directions. There's nowhere to run and no one to help them. How can they possibly survive?

With relentless tension, razor-sharp prose, and a surprising dose of dark humor, Eyeshot will keep you gripped until its stunning conclusion.

This is the second book I have read by Taylor Adams. The other was No Exit. Both kept me on the edge of my seat so to speak until the very end. She builds her characters early on and in depth so you really get to know them and what they are dealing with.

Love Taylor Adams style of writing. Narration on the book was not great but otherwise an awesome listen.

Boring. Al lot of repetition all taking place in the same place and time.

Ever wish you hadn't decided to go there/do that? This is probably what Elle and James thought when they find themselves in the Mojave desert with a sniper shooting at them, their vehicle and anything else which might be of use. They should have driven past that "two horse town!" I loved this book. It has plenty of thrills and "how are they going to get out of that" moments. Interesting twists in the plot too which kept me gripped. Wonder what the author will come up with next??

Definitely didn't live up to the Hype - splattering "The most gripping suspense thriller you will ever read" across the cover was a foolish thing to do.. In fact, some parts of this book dragged. It was an interesting story.. but wouldn't encourage me to read any more by this author.
