About this audiobook
Evolve Your Brain presents this information in depth, while helping you take control of your mind, explaining how thoughts can create chemical reactions that keep you addicted to patterns and feelings-including ones that make you unhappy. And when you know how these bad habits are created, it's possible to not only break these patterns, but also reprogram and evolve your brain, so that new, positive, and beneficial habits can take over.
Dr. Joe Dispenza
(What the Bleep Do We Know ?) - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Thorough explanation of how the mind and brain works . I was amazed about how much I learned from this book. I wish I knew many of this things when I was younger. But the book requires a high level of attention so I think I will listen to it again so I can assimilate more knowledge .

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5What a fantastic book. This has given me such a great insight into how the brain works and the possibilities that are within us as individuals. I feel that it is possible for life to change for everyone and want to go and tell everyone I know to read it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Love the book! It helped me to view my brain as separate from my mind however functioning in unison and harmony as one. Also I don’t have to continue playing victim to my emotions and blaming my past choices and actions because of my disfunctionsl thoughts at the time. I am encouraged to meditate more so that I can discipline myself to be an Observer of my Mind and to focus more on living in the present moment, not the past nor the future. I can influence the course of my destiny according to the thoughts I choose to focus my mind on. As the Prophet Paul said, “Do conform to the ways of the world, but be ye transformed by the renewal of your mind”.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I decided to not waste my time reading all of this but I got the impression of a ton of bullshit in midst of misleading, misunderstood, unnecessary scientific descriptions used to make it seem more legitimate and distract from the lack of it where it would be relevant. Potentially dangerous in terms of risking medical neglect if read uncritically.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Found the book quite informative. While scientists evaluate our brains and explain it through terms humans can understand. There are aspects that I've experienced differently. Humans so not need to know how the brain works to change or use it. The explanation of our working brain is limited by our own behaviour and desire to study, theorize and make judgents based on bias of the human condition to define the brain. Important to remember all science knows about our brains is created by scientists.
